About Randy Charlton

Randy Charlton is a life long resident of California and the team leader for The Randy & Lisa Charlton Team. Randy began his real estate career in 2002, and is knowledgeable in all facets of the industry, specializing in residential real estate, working with investors, bank owned homes, foreclosures and short sales. Within Randy's first year of becoming a realtor, he was awarded Rookie of the Year due to his eagerness to learn the multifaceted real estate market. Randy's ability to meet the needs of his clients and drive for success did not stop there. He has successfully ranked as one of the top agents in the area, and has repeatedly received awards for Top Listing and Top Closing Agent.

As a real estate professional, Randy strives to work diligently for each of his clients, providing the highest level of customer service, integrity, and thorough knowledge of the Northern California real estate market. He is continuously training in negotiating techniques, lead generation, sales and marketing methods to stay innovative, current with technology and apply best practices when working with his clients.  Randy's drive for expertise has earned him certifications in both CDPE, Certified Distress Property Expert, and CIAS, Certified Investor Agent Specialist. 

Randy is a loving family man, devoted husband and proud father of two wonderful daughters. In his spare time Randy enjoys kayaking, biking, walking his dogs Sasha and Jax and most of all, family time/vacations. Randy's strong family beliefs and values carry with him when working with his clients to ensure that their individual and family needs are not only met, but surpassed.
